Our medical background

  • We are not currently professionally diagnosed with any dissociative disorders, but we have known about our system since we were about 15 years bodily. We have been trying to get a diagnosis, but healthcare professionals have not been the most understanding about our situation

  • We started suffering of psychosis, depression and anxiety in our early teenage years, which lead to a schizophrenia diagnosis back in 2019, which now has been undone since roughly a couple years prior, when we got a diagnosis for borderline personality disorder, etc.

  • With all that being said, we are a heavily traumagenic system ourselves. We also do believe one needs some form of trauma in order to be part of a system, but when or how that occurs can have alot of nuance to it

General system info

  • Our system is called 'Sunrise At Dawn' or SAD for short

  • We are a DID system with now closer to 50 members, give or take (we have not counted in ages since many of us like to go dormant for long periods of time). We are traumagenic as mentioned prior with no professional diagnosis yet as of writing this

  • We experience amnesia, though it tends to be quite selective

  • We have an 'inner world', which usually manifests itself as a house in the middle of the woods, surrounded by black nothingness. Sometimes, the nothingness is stronger

  • We are a very fictive (fictional introject) -heavy system

  • We have an absurd amount of protectors for a system (though given our past and current situation, it is quite reasonable)

  • We tend to co-front alot, as our main core "Toivo" consists of several members currently

  • We can recognize who is currently fronting by examining our internal appearance. Meaning that if, for example, our internal appearance is that of Rusty's currently, then most likely Rusty is fronting at the given time

  • We have been medicated on Abilify for 10+ years now, which leads to alot of gaps in our internal communication unfortunately

  • Our wish for the future is to gain functional multiplicity and to not be on medication, so our communication would become easier for us. We do not wish to final fuse

We generally really like to talk about our system and share our experiences about living as one with others, so feel free to shoot us any questions in regards to it! We know our boundaries enough to decline answering anything we feel like is too invasive.

Nimetön is a quite shy and reserved being. It loves nature more than anything. It fears alot of things and other people and can be quite paranoid about certain situations aswell. It hasn't had the best history with others, but is slowly learning to love itself after everything it's been through... It just needs alot of time and patience.

Diavolo aka Boss
